Our new Head of growth will spearhead our marketing and sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth following our successful 2023 launch. With responsibility for the entire customer lifecycle the successful applicant will introduce new, and accelerate existing customer acquisition processes within the business to bring about rapid expansion.

This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent communicator, a doer and someone who is keen to be at the core of an exciting new business with great potential.

Skills

-Ability and appetite to operate in a fast moving business where the typical way of doing things may not apply.

-Track record of delivering and executing innovative business development campaigns that exceed set goals, in a resourceful and collaborative manner.

-Proven ability to communicate complex themes with clarity while demonstrating curiosity about the -customer experience.

- Experience with working within a B2B and B2C focus lead generation, or growth role

-Data-driven management acumen and a solid grasp of the metrics that drive growth. Ability to set up the appropriate processes for managing analytics and the gathering of user insights.

-Experience in either marketing, product management, growth or operational roles.

- Experience working within the Aviation sector would be beneficial but not essential

Responsibilites

-Optimise inbound marketing initiatives and conversion rates.

-Deliver applications and candidates to our Aviation professionals listed on the site.

-Develop and manage digital and physical marketing events.

-Support our sales teams through digital marketing campaigns to bring on new customers

-Work alongside our product teams to enhance and develop new and existing products

-Build strategic partnerships with other industry bodies to build Brand awareness and authority

-Drive business development through the use of clear KPI’s and informed decision making
