Friday Media Group is a UK-based web company with a clear vision of where our business is at and where we want it to go. We currently boast over 70 websites, which between them generate in excess of 10 million visits a month. And we're expanding in the UK and internationally with new site launches and acquisitions.
We have a growing number of web businesses, ranging from market-leading international brands to small start-ups.
We are proud of our company culture, which maintains a strong family background. And all ‘Friday-Adders’ play an active role in shaping the future development of the company.

Digital
Marketplace – classified websites with the main purpose of allowing people to ‘buy and sell’. They also provide a platform for related businesses to target people who are “in the mood to buy”.
There are general horizontal marketplace websites, such as Friday-Ad.co.uk and Trade-It.co.uk, plus vertical sites, such as Horsemart.co.uk, BoatsandOutboards.co.uk and DogsandPuppies.co.uk.
Hobbies & Lifestyle – a selection of sites that appeal to the passions and interests of our users. These contain classified adverts, plus other content.
Sites include A1Surf.com, GONEboarding.co.uk, Fancyapint.co.uk
Recruitment – We operate 22 jobs websites which cover selected ‘niche’ industries or areas, such as sales, law, HR, aviation, travel etc.
These include AviationJobSearch.com, SimplySalesJobs.co.uk, SimplyMarketingJobs.co.uk and CabinCrew.com.
Ecommerce – We have three dedicated Ecommerce retail websites including MailspeedMarine.co.uk, the largest online Chandlers in the UK, EquineSuperstore.co.uk and LetsGoShopping.co.uk.
There are also shops connected to three of our hobbies & lifestyle sites: A1Surf.com, GONEboarding.co.uk and Natives.co.uk.
Motoring – We run a number of motors-related websites that cover classifieds including ClickCars.co.uk, Caravanselecta.co.uk and UKBike.com.
Another major part of our business is based around web design and stock management and promotion services for motor dealers. Our Spidersnet company has hundreds of motor dealers across the UK using it’s ‘Auto Promotor’ service.

The Friday-Ad is one the UK’s original classified papers, with 14 editions and 250,000 copies distributed weekly.
Trade-It is the south west’s leading weekly classified paper and we publish a weekly free (18,500 copies distributed) and paid for edition (8,500 copies).
We also publish the monthly magazines Boat Trader and Boats and Yachts. Both are paid-for publications available in the UK and also Europe (Boats and Yachts).

Our UK headquarters are in Sayers Common, close to Brighton. We have other offices in West Wales, Bristol, Preston and Chichester.

The Friday Media Group Limited was born out of the Friday-Ad, one of the original classified papers in the UK. The Friday-Ad was launched in 1975 and established a strong presence over the next 25 years as a great local advertising paper. With the digital age taking off, so did the company, and a wide range of websites were launched or aquired. Today the Friday Media Group is one the leading online publishers of classified and niche-interest websites.
