Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our recruitment division. We are headquartered out of Brighton, but also have hub's based in Bangalore

Each one of our job boards serve a niche sector, that often requires staff with certain skill-sets in order for them to excel.

‍We are looking for remote based talented sales professionals to join our team, with some requirement to attend the Bangalore hub

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has experience in website sales or comes from a strong sales background
• Is money hungry and target driven
• Willing to take feedback on how to develop your skills further
• Wants to be part of a supportive and energetic team
• Has a proven track record in over-achieving targets
• Is confident in presenting to all levels of staff within a business, right up to director level
• Must be happy to source their own business
• Experience within the recruitment industry is desired

Responsibilities

• Contacting perspective prospects through a variety of methods to add into the recruitment client database
• Willingly source your own leads and perform outbound sales to those
• Manage incoming leads in a professional and timely manner
• Account manage and upsell any clients you bring on board
• Consultative sales approach - we aim to tailor all of our solutions to match out clients needs. You must have the ability understand client challenges, and recommend our services accordingly
• Achieve the revenue targets set on a monthly basis
