Job Description

The Dealer Solutions division is made up into 2 core parts: our revolutionary dealer management system and a class leading marketplaces sales solution, this is a unique opportunity to become part of an exciting, vibrant division with bold ambitions and a proven track record of success. 

 
You will be joining a growing sales team that operates in a hybrid fashion of office days weekly as well as working from home. The Dealer Solutions team is fast paced, energetic and highly successful, this is a chance to join a team of top sales professionals. 


Skills

  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in B2B sales or account management

  • Ability to demonstrate a retention methodology

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills: great writer, speaker, and listener

  • Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions including prospecting and leads research

  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships

  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly

  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently

  • The ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge in a team environment.

  • Proven track record of exceeding retention and/or sales targets

  • Onboard all new customers comprehensively

Responsibilites

  • Customer retention - achieving the highest level of customer retention possible of our subscription clients. This will include offering top level customer service from on-boarding stage to a customers smooth exit.
  • Building strong customer relationships - contact our customers regularly offering value through education/ solutions to enhance service. Contact will be through various means including phone and email. There may be an occasional need for face to face visits.
  • Problem Solver - work with the relevant departments to resolve any issues while communicating effectively with the client 
  • Encourage Upsells - aim to increase the AOV of our subscription clients to add value to their business. You would see through this sale personally.
  • Operations support - work alongside HOSO to collect data and support processes
