We are seeking a talented and driven B2B Marketing Executive to join our team of professionals dedicated to promoting our niche marketplace businesses. As a B2B Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and collaborating closely with the commercial team to create compelling campaigns that attract businesses to sign up for our advertising services with our brands.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in promoting niche marketplaces businesses or similar industries. Caravans, Equestrian, Firearms, Pets and Agriculture.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, including lead generation, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable marketing objectives.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience optimising content for search engines is a plus.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to generate MQLs and increase brand awareness for our niche marketplace businesses.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to understand the unique selling propositions of our advertising services and translate them into persuasive marketing messages.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, and paid search, to drive customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, including their needs, pain points, and buying behaviours, to tailor marketing campaigns effectively.
- Utilise marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing materials, landing pages, and other assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with the sales funnel and provide them with qualified leads for follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing to continuously improve our marketing strategies and tactics.
