We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer who is keen to advance their skills and experience as part of a busy and thriving digital media group. We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in Digital Marketing, in particular Paid Media strategies and implementation. Based at our UK headquarters, just outside Brighton, you will work closely with our Lead Marketer and various members of the Spidersnet group, including sales, product & design teams.

You’ll work closely with our Lead Marketer and relevant sales and management teams across the business to ensure objectives are delivered.

Skills

  • At least 2 years experience in a marketing environment. 
  • A creative flair with an eye for detail.
  • A love of finding and utilising unrealised, ‘out-of-the-box’ techniques
  • A self-motivated individual who can manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experienced in paid marketing, email, social, content and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Business & Ads Manager & Instagram 
  • Experience of using social media scheduling tools.
  • Experience & flair for Social Media & Networking.
  • Rapid learner, with capacity for original thought.
  • Confident connecting with people by email, social, networking and on the phone
  • Experience of running successful marketing campaigns
  • A good knowledge of Google Analytics 
  • Keen to learn, progress and try new things!
  • Skilled and creating and managing content

Responsibilites

  • Implementing and monitoring Google Ads campaigns. 
  • Implementing and monitoring Paid Social Media Campaigns.
  • Writing copy for Social Media, Blogs, Website & Email Campaigns.
  • Creating video content for use across our Social Channels.
  • Responsible for the delivery of marketing materials (sales packs, landing pages, emails, direct mail) to help drive leads and sales.
  • Brand building - utilising marketing techniques across various media including email, social media, online, offline activities to drive conversion.
  • Competitor analysis - checking prices, features and identifying competitive advantages.
  • Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness in line with the commercial team
